Chief Commercial Officer
As the Chief Commercial Officer, Abhishek is responsible for ensuring sustained growth for HCCB through segment strategy, product management, research and development, market-focused product strategy, and category analysis, among others. He holds a diverse, cross-functional portfolio and has been working with HCCB for over three years. Prior to his stint here, he was working with Coca-Cola India for nearly eight years. He has also worked with Dabur as part of its Sales & Marketing teams for nearly nine and a half years.
Executive Director & Chief Human Resources Officer
Indrajeet is the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company, focused on the people priorities and transformation of the human resources at HCCB. He works in close collaboration with the business to evolve HCCB into a company of significant scale and size. Prior to this assignment, he worked for Johnson & Johnson, Mars Inc, and GE. Indrajeet brings in multi-industry and multi-geography experiences. He is a trusted business advisor, talent developer, and change leader. He is adept in leading teams, collaborating across stakeholders, and solving complex business challenges.
Indrajeet enjoys photography, is an avid traveller, and appreciates music and movies over the weekend.
Kamlesh Kumar Sharma
Chief Communications Officer
Kamlesh joined HCCB as its first Chief Communications Officer. He leads the corporate reputation and brand building exercise for HCCB, leveraging diverse media platforms - paid, owned, earned and shared.
He is based at the Company headquarters in Bengaluru and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team that report to Christina Ruggiero, CEO.
Over the last couple of years, he has led the new brand identity work for HCCB and established the company’s presence in mediums – traditional, social or digital. He is also the company spokesperson and its chief content officer.
Kamlesh moved to Hindustan Coca-Cola after having served as Director, Corporate Communications and Alliances, at Coca-Cola India Pvt Ltd. He has over 20 years of experience handling a variety of roles like Marketing Communications, Brand PR, Category Communications, Social and Digital Communications, Media Relations and Sustainability Marketing. Prior to working with Coca-Cola India, Kamlesh has worked at Bharti Airtel Limited and Rediffusion Y&R.
He has a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specialising in Marketing.
Chief Information Officer
Prasanna has been associated with the company for over 18 years and has contributed in various roles of increasing complexity. During his tenure at HCCB, he has served diverse roles like Area General Manager, National Market Execution Manager, National Planning Director, and Vice President Operations. He has been a significant contributor in each of these roles and has extensive experience at HCCB. He is known for his impeccable record and has been responsible for driving the noteworthy project, ‘Coke One.’
As the Chief Information Officer, he leads the IT and digital functions focused on strategic large-scale IT automation projects in Sales & Operation and Supply Chain. He also leads the Digital Transformation Initiatives.
Executive Director, Supply Chain
As the Executive Director of Supply Chain at HCCB, Dinesh leads one of the country’s largest and most complex logistics and supply chain operations.
He has been associated with HCCB for over two decades and donned many hats within the company. Prior to his current role, he served as the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations and held different portfolios across manufacturing, infrastructure planning, and supply chain.
He was the also the General Manager of the company’s Sri Lanka operations for a period of time.
Prior to HCCB, he worked at Larsen & Toubro for over three years. In his leisure time, Dinesh enjoys travelling, playing cricket with his children, and watching movies.
Executive Director - Legal & Corporate Affairs, South Asia
Shukla has been associated with the company for over 11 years and has contributed significantly in the areas of legal, regulatory affairs, compliance and corporate governance. Additionally, she is also responsible for Public Affairs & Communication of the company. As the Executive Director, she is a key interface between the Indian Management and the Overseas Parent Company.
Prior to HCCB, Shukla has been associated with Bottlers Nepal Limited, International Beverages Pvt. Ltd., Xerox India Ltd. and Reckitt Benckiser in various roles and capacities.
Harsh Kumar Bhutani
Chief Financial Officer - HCCB & Finance Head - Region South Asia
Harsh is the Chief Financial Officer of the company. He has served the company for more than 2 decades and has been heading the finance and business services function for the last 3 years. Prior to this role, Harsh handled various roles in finance organizations at both zonal and corporate levels.
Harsh brings in over 24 years of rich and progressive experience in strategic financial planning & analysis, commercial finance, cost management, business processes, treasury, tax, internal controls and shared services.
Chief Executive Officer
Christina Ruggiero is the Chairperson and CEO of HCCB.
She is currently the only woman CEO of a top 5 FMCG company in India. She started her career in the U.S. Navy, where she was a code breaker (cryptologist) for the National Security Agency. To have moved from the Navy to the top echelons of the corporate world, is a unique feat.
Before becoming the CEO of HCCB, she served as Chief Procurement Officer for The Coca-Cola system within North America, and President and CEO for Coca-Cola Bottlers’ Sales & Services, LLC (CCBSS), an organization that aggregates and optimizes supplier and customer-related activities for the U.S. bottling franchise network.
Prior to working at The Coca-Cola Company, Christina was Vice President, Procurement, for Diageo plc, where she led procurement and supply chain teams globally, including teams in the United States, Africa, Europe, and Russia. While at Diageo, Christina was honoured by DiversityPlus Magazine as one of their "2012 Top 25 Women in Power Impacting Diversity" for driving diversity; both internally and externally.
Christina holds a degree in Masters of Management (University of Huddersfield, UK) and Bachelors of Science in Information Sciences (Marymount College), where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, Valedictorian. She also attended the Coca-Cola Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
She has lived and worked in 55 countries.
Executive Director- Market Operations
As the Executive Director - Market Operations, Lagan is responsible for leading end-to-end countrywide sales and operations across the company. Known as a visionary leader and a turnaround specialist who has worked across multiple functions and geographies, Lagan brings in a unique insight into opportunities and challenges of sales, marketing and distribution in a culturally and economically diverse country like India. Putting his ‘leadership skills’ and ‘market insights’ to work, he makes immense contribution to strategy development and implementation; building capabilities such as digitisation, IoT and analytics; enabling synergies across Group companies; and driving business growth. But more importantly, Lagan is a ‘people leader’ who has a way of inspiring his team members to go for stretch deliveries while remaining grounded and humble.
An alumnus of IIM Bangalore and Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), New Delhi, Lagan joined the company as a Management Trainee two decades ago and made rapid strides to success through his discipline, dedication and determination.
Lagan enjoys actively participating in social charitable work and takes pride in being a deeply rooted family man.
Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer
Ashish is an FMCG professional with more than 18 years of experience of handling leadership roles in Brand Management, Key Accounts Management, National Trade Marketing, and Sales & Distribution. A decade of that experience has been at HCCB. His current title is the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at HCCB. His role includes developing new revenue streams for sustainable long-term growth for the business, while simultaneously identifying and driving transformational cost savings across all functions, rethinking processes, and ensuring people productivity. He has a proven track record of consistently delivering business results. Prior to HCCB, Ashish worked at Wagh Bakri Tea Group.
