This year, we join the global movement under the theme of #GreenRestoration. As we work towards our goal of a 25% reduction in GHG emissions by 2030 and achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2050, we are constantly reminded of the importance of our persistent efforts. 

For us at HCCB, this serves as a moment of reflection for the part we play in this shared endeavour. It provides us with the opportunity to look at our commitment to sustainability through a lens that focuses on what we have achieved, our ongoing journey and the collaborative effort to nurture and protect the environment.

Driving Sustainability Forward: HCCB’s Commitment to a Greener Future

While World Environment Day is celebrated on June 5th each year, environmental stewardship is a year-round commitment. To realise our vision for a greener, cleaner, and carbon-neutral future, we’ve made significant strides with efforts that echo our consciousness inside and outside HCCB. 

We have established our first carbon-neutral certified bottling plant and implemented green energy solutions across all of our factories, along with rainwater harvesting and efficient waste management to promote recycling and reduce landfill waste. Collaborating with partners, we prioritise effective plastic collection and recycling. Our sustainability efforts include pioneering new packaging innovations that enhance circularity. The latest Affordable Small Sparkling Package (ASSP) utilises advanced PET technology to minimise material use while preserving carbonation and shelf life.
