The technology's mechanism is both fascinating and fundamentally simple. Sub Carb technology transforms non-carbonated water or beverages into a gaseous state or vapour. This vapour then interacts with CO2 gas, creating a powerful molecular bond at the surface and facilitating mass transfer. In comparison to traditional methods, Sub Carb technology facilitates mass transfer on a much larger scale, paving the way for optimal beverage carbonation.
